Corrections to a figure are the most useful thing you can send - include the provider link if you have one.
What we can help with
- Corrections: if a figure on one of our pages does not match the game, tell us the game, the figure and where you saw the difference. We check it against the provider source and update the page.
- Questions about a review or guide: how a feature works, what a number means, or how we reached a verdict.
- Demo problems: if a free demo does not load for you, let us know the game and your province.

What we cannot help with
We are a review site, not a casino. We cannot see or change casino accounts, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses or verification checks. For those, contact the casino's support team first, and if that fails, the regulator that licenses the casino. If gambling is causing you problems, free and confidential help is listed on our responsible gambling page.
